We manufacture steel cable reels as a substitute for the conventional wooden reels which are used by tele-communication and power cable manufacturers, in process lines and for transporting finished cables.Our product range includes collapsible and rigid cable reels, process reels, delivery reels for reel twister line. These reels can be dynamically balanced whenever necessary. In terms of sizes, we produce steel cable reels from 600mm diameter up to 4000 mm diameter. In case, our customers require good quantities of reels in sizes below and above the range, we can also take up production of these reels. Our steel cable reels are manufactured to DIN and other international standards, as well as to specifications given by our customers. Lighter weight : due to the unique design features introduced by us, our steel cable reels are 40% to 45% lighter compared to wooden reels of similar capacity. 

Easy ans quick assembling and dismentling : our steel reels are collapsible and can be reassembled with ease within thirty minutes, by three or four unskilled workmen.

Reduced storage space and transprotation cost : knocked down segments of our steel reel require lesser space compared to an assembled reel. Also their lighter weight permits more steel reels to be transported in a vehicle at a time, thereby reducing the transportation costs.

Interchangeable components : the flanges and barrel of our collapsible steel reels are totally interchangeable due to standardization. This enables fuller utilization of the steel reels components till the end of their physical life, and minimizes the need for total scrap-page of the reel as a whole.

When exposed to rains during storage in the open and to sea water during voyage by ship, wooden cable reels absorb water which makes the wooden flanges and barrel heavier and bulge unevenly resulting in damage to the cable. 

Reusable and economical : the higher load bearing capacity, better impact resistance, collapsibility of steel reels, inherent strength to withstand wear and tear at site, and resistance to cyclic weathering even stored in the open, enable repetitive use of our steel cable reels.
This reuse of reels leads to economies. If a steel cable reel is used twice, its effective cost becomes half of its original price, and when used twenty times it come down to a mere five percent. The cost of returning the empties is also less as the facility of dismantling the reels and their lighter weight accommodate more reels in a vehicle at a time.
